Surveys with T-Shirts

Hi Everyone. This is Jeremy from Team Dragon. People who backed pledge levels with t-shirts included were not asked to select a shirt size. This was due to an error on my part when putting together the surveys. I'm pretty sure we have it corrected now, but please feel free to let us know if you have any other problems. For those of you who have already completed your surveys you can go back to your survey and select a shirt size now. Thanks so much for supporting The Dragon Knight!

Regarding Shirts....

All of the surveys have gone out, and a lot of you have already responded (THANK YOU!) A few of you have asked how to choose your t-shirt size...and you weren't given the option because we apparently needed to add one more step to the BackerKit setup. On our end, it looks like the options are there to be chosen, but we have to add something to make sure you can choose what you want. We're hoping to have this fixed by tomorrow. Thanks for your patience!

Your surveys are coming!

Hi everyone -
Okay, we're finally ready for the next step. We're about to send out the backer surveys for THE DRAGON KNIGHT via BackerKit. Basically you will be giving us the information we need to ship your rewards to you when the books are ready.
Those of you who combined rewards and/or had special requests will have a credit you can use to select the additional rewards. There were a LOT of special requests, so please bear with us if we missed anything. (If the numbers are off for a specific shipping amount on a certain reward, for example.) If something doesn't work, just let us know and we'll get on it.
Also, we're going to be contacting some of you directly anyway – if I asked you to send us a message via Kickstarter, we will be going through those to make sure we didn't miss any requests.
Also, in addition to using the credit you already have via your Kickstarter pledge, you can also add anything else you might have missed and can just pay for it when you finish your survey. A production update will come next – I got sick in the middle of the campaign and it tuned into pneumonia, so I've spent the last several weeks recovering, but I'm back on it and catching up. More next week. In the meantime, your surveys will be coming soon. Let us know if you have any questions and have a great week!

...So if any of you were looking to upgrade to one of the signed copies with the printed slipcase, or the Art Edition, or you wanted to add signed hardcover copies of HERE, THERE BE DRAGONS (or anything else!) now's the time! Almost done!!
